Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their daily activities
• Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed
• Document and communicate client needs and changes in condition

Requirements

• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
• Empathetic, compassionate, and kind
• Ability to use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations
• Must be reliable, dependable, and punctual
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a background check and provide references
• Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
