Lincoln In-Home Caregiver (Cna/Pca/Hha)

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their daily activities
• Aid with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Offer transportation to and from appointments as needed
• Document and communicate client needs and changes in condition

Qualifications

• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
• Empathetic, compassionate, and kind
• Use sound judgment and remain calm in a variety of situations
• Reliable, dependable, and on time
• Pass a background check and provide references
• Valid drivers license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
