About the role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the entire portfolio of strategic projects in areas such as development, investment, and optimization of the company's operations, organization, and processes. You will lead the project management organization, report to the Managing Director, and participate in the executive team. Your key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring comprehensive control and prioritization of the project portfolio focusing on economics, KPIs, time, and quality in close collaboration with the Board and executive team.
- Developing strong portfolio management, process, system, project competence, and leadership reporting that supports growth and meets compliance requirements.
- Ledding project managers and ensuring effective coordination and cooperation across organizational boundaries and departments.
- Establishing and developing strong partnerships and agreements with suppliers and external partners, which are crucial for the success of the project.
Responsibilities

Requirements
Relevant education and solid experience in portfolio and project management.
Proficient in tools and systems for project and portfolio management.
Able to balance both strategic goals and operational execution.
Strong social and collaborative skills to navigate and collaborate across leadership levels and functions.
Able to understand the organizational and stakeholder dynamics that characterize a publicly owned entity and drive progress in projects with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.

Pay
The salary is commensurate with experience.
Schedule
The position is full-time and starts on December 1st, 2026 or after mutual agreement. The location is Lemvig, with a reasonable travel requirement expected.
