Duties/Responsibilities
- Cleaning the front areas of the kitchen and food storage.
- Clean large equipment such as refrigerators, counters, serving lines, and tabletops.
- Keep entire area clean and ready for certified inspection at any time.
- Complete opening/closing sheets.
Ensure Fueling Stations
- Ensure all fueling stations are full 24/7.
- Practice FIFO (first in, first out) method.
- Keep track of all expiration dates for all grab and go items.

- Minimum Qualifications: 1 year experience in food service experience. Knowledge of health and food safety codes for food preparation, storage, and serving. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with culinary team. Ability to follow instructions with daily tasks given including but not limited to stocking and clean up. Previous experience in a culinary/restaurant position and ServSafe Certification.
