OluKai Retail Stock Lead - Lahaina

Responsibilities

• Meet the store’s needs by receiving and processing all incoming freight, replenishing merchandise to the sales floor, and fulfilling customers and Sales Associates requests.
• Proactively assist the team where needed, ensuring the back room is organized for easy access to products.
• Support biannual inventory audits to ensure accurate stock management and report findings to the Store Manager weekly.
• Analyze physical inventory and create optimal replenishment orders to support future sales opportunities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom while adhering to company standards and safety requirements.
• Assist in 1x week sales floor shifts, assisting customers, tracking sales, and shadowing MOD to learn daily operations and leadership responsibilities.
• Process Return Authorizations (RAs), Transfers, and Damages as requested.

Requirements

• Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• Clear and effective communication.
• Familiarity with OluKai’s products.
• Works well with a team.
• Reads and interprets invoices and packing slips.
• Familiarity with proper safety procedures in the stockroom.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
• Back of house experience preferred.
• Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Self-motivated leader with strong entrepreneurial skills.
• Manages with Aloha, exhibits a guest-centric mindset.
• Shows elevated communication skills and can tailor style to suit the audience.
• Creative and adaptable team player with a winning and positive attitude.
