Responsibilities

• Provide industry- and discipline-specific expertise to amplify impact and shape the future for private equity clients
• Focus on industries such as FinTech, Aerospace & Defense, and Education
• Conduct commercial due diligence and strategic problem solving
• Apply customer research techniques (interviews, surveys, focus groups, etc.)
• Analyze complex datasets to identify key issues and opportunities
• Collaborate fluidly and respectfully with cross-functional teams

Requirements

• Professional experience with commercial due diligence in a management consulting firm
• Experience working within or across industries in Private Equity
• In-depth knowledge of customer research techniques
• Strong background in strategic problem solving with demonstrable analytical skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in formal and informal settings
• Fluency in English
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a strong academic program
• Initiative to learn new skills and apply existing ones
• Creativity to generate novel solutions to complex client challenges
• Aptitude for analytical work, including data analysis and issue identification

Pay

The applicable base salary range for this role is $135,000 – $195,000. Base pay is determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and applicable minimum wage requirements, with decisions made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Schedule

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely and the collaboration benefits of working in the office. All colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which the full team will be together in person.
