About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking experienced professionals to join our Payments team. We work with constituents across the payments value chain to deliver insights with real impact, combining deep industry expertise with powerful consulting capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Break down complex problems into discrete tasks, identifying key aspects of a problem and directing the focus of junior consultants to those elements.
- Effectively plan and execute analysis, identifying core issues in complex analyses to craft suitable recommendations.
- Work side by side with clients and project team members to move projects forward and manage small teams to get the work done.
- Provide unique insight into the subject area chosen by clients and colleagues.
- Lead the team through an efficient and effective problem-solving process from initial thought process through convergence on a solution.
- Ensure recommendations are correct, practical, sensible, relevant, and cohesive.
Qualifications

Benefits
The applicable base salary range for this role is $190,000 to $240,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position is eligible for performance-based incentives.
