Schedule: hybrid 3 days.Schedule
This is a hybrid role that will require a presence in the office three days per week. There is no option to be fully remote. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
We should ensure we didn't miss any substantive info: The company description about Marsh revenue >$27B and 90k colleagues appears twice; we kept one. Also later they said "With annual revenue of over $27 billion and more than 95,000 colleagues". Slight difference: 90k vs 95k. We need to preserve both? The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove duplicated lines. The two statements are similar but not identical: one says over $27B and more than 90,000 colleagues in 130 countries; the other says over $27B and more than 95,000 colleagues (no mention of 130 countries). Both are substantive; we should keep both but avoid duplication of identical sentences. Since they differ in numbers, we should keep both. We can combine maybe: mention both numbers? But that would be altering. Better to keep both sentences as separate paragraphs. Thus in About the role we can include both statements. Let's adjust About the role paragraph to include both. We have first paragraph: At Oliver Wyman... (includes revenue over $27B and more than 90,000 colleagues in 130 countries). Then later we have another paragraph: "Oliver Wyman is a business of Marsh (NYSE: MRSH), a global leader in risk, reinsurance and capital, people and investments, and management consulting, advising clients in 130 countries. With annual revenue of over $27 billion and more than 95,000 colleagues, Marsh helps build the confidence to thrive through the power of perspective." We need to keep both. So we can have two paragraphs. Let's craft About the role with two paragraphs. Paragraph1: At Oliver Wyman, a Marsh (NYSE: MRSH) business, we bring deep industry insight, bold innovation
