Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically welcome guests into the restaurant.
• Share knowledge and recommendations of the food & beverage menus with guests.
• Utilize freedom to go beyond and take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty.
• Create memorable experiences with a welcoming personality by genuinely relating to guests and associates.
• Communicate with the culinary team and management regarding meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests.

Qualifications

• Flexibility with workdays and hours.
• Must meet the legal age requirement to serve alcohol.
• Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred.
• Alcohol service and Food Handler certifications required.
• Familiarity with restaurant terminology and food service techniques preferred.
• A people person who loves to serve others and can multi-task while ensuring accuracy.
