Older Toddler Teacher
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content: Primary Location, Department, Shift, Schedule, Weekly Hours, FTE, Employee Status, Expected Starting Pay Range, etc. Also responsibilities listed. Qualifications: high school diploma, 1+ year experience, preferred certification. Also "About Us" section (company description). That could be "About the role"? Actually "About Us" is company description. Could map to "About the role" maybe? But we have "About Us" describing organization. Could treat as "About the role"? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can include About the role (maybe summarizing role description). We have responsibilities list; we can put under Responsibilities. Qualifications: high school diploma etc. Requirements maybe same as qualifications? Could combine. We have Pay: Expected Starting Pay Range $17.80 - $21.51 plus note about experience etc. Also mention additional pay differentials and benefits may apply. So we can include Pay section with that info. Schedule: Full time, Weekly Hours 40, FTE 1, Shift Day. So we can include Schedule section. Benefits: Not explicitly listed besides "Additional pay ... and benefits may apply." No specific benefits described, so we should NOT create Benefits section because no specific content. Skills: Not listed explicitly; we could infer but better not to create unless explicit. Requirements: maybe we can include job qualifications as Requirements. Qualifications: maybe we can separate? But we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings; we need to decide. The posting includes "Job Qualifications" bullet list. Could treat as Qualifications. Requirements maybe not present; we could omit Requirements heading. But we could also put the qualifications under Requirements and leave Qualifications empty? Better to follow instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. So we need to see if there is content for Requirements. The posting does not have a separate "Requirements" section; it has "Job Qualifications". So we can map that to Qualifications heading. Requirements we can omit. Skills: not explicit; we could omit. Benefits: not explicit; omit. Pay: we have pay range. Schedule: we have schedule details. About the role: we have description of role? There's "Primary Location Children's for Children Daycare Department Early Education and Care Shift Day ..." plus maybe we can treat that as About the role. Also there is "About Us" describing organization; could be part of About the role? Might be better to have About the role include the primary location, department, shift, etc. And we could also include a brief description of the role from responsibilities? But we already have Responsibilities separate. So About the role could include location, department, shift, etc. Let's craft.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details: Primary Location, Department, Shift, Schedule Full time, Weekly Hours 40, FTE 1, Employee Status Regular, Expected Starting Pay Range $17.80 - $21.51, note about pay based on experience, skills, equity; exceptions may apply; additional pay differentials and benefits may apply; annual pay may vary based on FTE status. Responsibilities: list each bullet. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year work experience in a related job discipline, Preferred: Certification in first aid, recognizing child abuse & recognition of common childhood diseases. About Us: description of Cincinnati Children's. Also note "Comprehensive Job Description Provided Upon Request." and EEO statement etc which we should remove as boilerplate (EEO/equal-opportunity). Also remove navigation/legal/EEO/scams. So we remove the EEO paragraph and the "Comprehensive Job Description Provided Upon Request." maybe that's not boilerplate? It's a line but could be considered filler; but it's substantive? It's basically saying description provided upon request; not really needed. Might be considered boilerplate; but instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. "Comprehensive Job Description Provided Upon Request." is not exactly those; but could be considered filler. Safer to keep? It's not duplicated; it's a statement. Might be considered not substantive; but we can keep it as a paragraph under About the role maybe. However it's not about role; it's about job description. Might be considered boilerplate. I'd remove it.
Also remove "Primary Location Children's for Children Daycare Department Early Education and Care Shift Day (United States of America)" - we need to parse that. It seems messy: "Primary Location Children's for Children Daycare Department Early Education and Care Shift Day (United States of America)". Probably means Primary Location: Children's for Children Daycare? Actually maybe it's "Primary Location: Children's for Children Daycare Department Early Education and Care Shift Day (United States of America)". We'll extract: Primary Location: Children's for Children Daycare? Not clear. But we can keep as is: "Primary Location: Children's for Children Daycare Department Early Education and Care Shift Day (United States of America)". Might be weird but preserve.
Better to rephrase: "Primary Location: Children's for Children Daycare Department Early Education and Care" and "Shift: Day". Location country: United States of America. We'll keep.
Now produce HTML:
About the role
Primary Location: Children's for Children Daycare Department Early Education and Care (United States of America). Shift: Day. Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, FTE 1. Employee Status: Regular.
Then Pay section:Pay
Expected Starting Pay Range: $17.80 - $21.51 per hour. Starting pay is based on experience, skills, and equity; exceptions may apply for highly qualified candidates. Additional pay (e.g., shift, on‑call, or weekend differentials) and benefits may apply. Annual pay may vary based on FTE status.
Schedule section maybe redundant with About the role; but we already included schedule there. Could still have Schedule section with details. But we should avoid duplication. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine schedule into About the role and not have separate Schedule section. However we have a Pay section separate. Could also have Responsibilities, Qualifications, About Us (maybe as About the role?). Actually About Us is company description; we could make a section "About the role" for role details and another section "About the organization" but not in allowed headings. Allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we cannot add a custom heading like About the organization. So we need to fit company description somewhere; maybe we can put it under About the role as well (mixing role and org). That's okay. Thus sections: About the role (includes location, shift, schedule, employee status, and company description). Responsibilities (list). Qualifications (list). Pay (details). Possibly Schedule separate? But we already included schedule in About the role; we could still have Schedule section but that would duplicate. Better to omit Schedule section to avoid thin duplicate. Thus final HTML:About the role
Primary Location: Children's for Children Daycare Department Early Education and Care (United States of America). Shift: Day. Schedule: Full time, 40 hours per week, FTE 1. Employee Status: Regular.
