About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Employment Mediator to join our team in Oklahoma. This role focuses on resolving workplace disputes, including discrimination claims, hostile work environment cases, and other employment-related conflicts through professional mediation services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mediation sessions for employment disputes, including discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment claims
• Guide parties through structured negotiations to reach mutually agreeable resolutions
• Prepare and facilitate pre-mediation conferences and documentation
• Maintain neutrality and ensure fair process for all parties involved
• Draft settlement agreements and mediation summaries
• Manage case files and maintain confidential records in compliance with professional standards
• Provide parties with information about mediation procedures and processes

Qualifications

• Certified mediator with demonstrated experience in employment law matters
• Strong understanding of federal and state employment laws, including anti-discrimination statutes
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to remain impartial and manage emotionally charged situations
• Experience mediating discrimination, harassment, and hostile work environment cases
• Knowledge of Oklahoma employment law and local court procedures
• Professional liability insurance as required by practice standards
