Oiler/Rigger/Driver
About the role
The Oiler/Rigger/Driver at Crane Services, Inc. (CSI) assists the Crane Operator in maintaining and operating heavy machinery. CSI is a leading company in the industry, serving clients across the Rocky Mountains, Southwest, and Midwest.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all activities comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Maintain daily activity and inspection paperwork.
- Report any concerns to the Supervisor regarding personnel, equipment, client, or scope of work.
- Perform pre-trip, post-trip, daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections.
- Inspect sites for hazards affecting safety and efficiency.
- Lead or assist in morning tailgate discussions to ensure understanding of roles.
- Know and follow crane and manufacturer lubrication specifications.
- Assist the operator with maintenance tasks.
- Move the crane and perform minor repairs as needed.
- Keep equipment clean and in good condition.
- Follow all company policies and guidelines.
- Perform minor repairs to cranes/equipment.
- Give and understand hand signals.
- Inspect, grease, fuel, and maintain crane/equipment.
Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- High school diploma or equivalent
- NCCCO Rigger I certification (preferred)
- OSHA 10 certification (preferred)
- CPR certification (preferred)

Pay
Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Working Environment
The employee may be required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, and airborne particles is possible. Noise levels are moderate, and the position involves frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling. Lifting up to 75 pounds is common, and significant finger dexterity is required.
Physical Requirements
