We need to avoid duplication. If we put schedule info in Requirements, we might not need separate Schedule section. But we have schedule info also in Requirements; we could keep it there and not create Schedule section. However the instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could combine schedule into Requirements.
But we also have Pay section separate.
We need to output only HTML fragment.
Let's structure:

$2,000 sign-on bonus. Hourly pay range: $27.00 to $35.00 per hour.
We might also include Job Environment as a section? Not in allowed headings. Could we put under Requirements? Not exactly. But we could include as a separate section maybe "Job Environment" but not allowed heading. The allowed headings list is specific; we should only use those headings. So we must not create a heading like Job Environment. We could incorporate that info into Requirements or About the role? Probably better to include under Requirements as physical demands. But the heading "Requirements" is for qualifications; physical demands could be considered requirements. We'll include. Thus we will not have a separate Job Environment section. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove. Let's craft the HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's write:About the role
