Oil or Propane Driver - $2,000 Sign on Bonus
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have content: Job Type Full-time, description includes sign-on bonus, hourly rate range, compensation description, benefits list, job summary, specific responsibilities, leadership education and training requirements (maybe qualifies as Skills?), requirements list, job environment, about us, etc. We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe job summary?), Responsibilities (specific responsibilities), Requirements (list of requirements), Qualifications (maybe leadership education and training?), Skills (maybe leadership education and training?), Benefits (list), Pay (hourly rate range and sign-on bonus), Schedule (maybe not given explicitly; there is "Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and on call shifts." That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that detail. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO etc. Also remove duplicated lines. We need to preserve all substantive info. Let's extract: - Sign-on bonus: $2,000 sign-on bonus. - Hourly Rate: based on factors; for purpose of this role, hourly rate opportunity: PAY - $27.00 to $35.00. - Benefits: list: Employee Discount on gasoline, and residential propane and oil; Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance; 401K Retirement Plan with Company Match; Paid Time Off; Employee discounts; Company Paid Life Insurance and Optional Life Insurance; Short-Term and Long-Term Disability; Critical Illness and/or Accident Insurance. - Job Summary: This position is accountable for the safe, efficient, timely, and courteous delivery of one or more energy products: fuel oil, diesel fuel, off-road diesel fuel, gasoline, and propane. In quieter times of business, drivers also assist in meter reading, tank setting, fleet reconditioning, and maintenance of company-owned and operated properties. - Specific Responsibilities: list of duties (multiple sentences). We'll turn each bullet into
under About the role or maybe under Responsibilities? Better to add a section "Job Environment" not allowed; we must not create new headings. So we need to fold that info into existing sections, perhaps under Requirements as a paragraph about physical demands. Or under About the role. We'll put under Requirements as a
after the list. - About us: description of company. Could be placed under About the role? Actually About the role is for role description; About us is company info. Could be placed under About the role as a paragraph? Might be okay. Or we could create a section "About the role" and put both job summary and about us there. But we already have Job Summary separate. Could combine. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Ensure we don't repeat the compensation description twice. Let's craft HTML:

Schedule
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and on call shifts.
Check duplication: We already mentioned availability in Requirements list; but we also put in Schedule section. That's duplication but maybe okay? The instruction: remove duplicated lines. We should avoid repeating same sentence. The schedule info appears in Requirements list as "Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, overtime, and on call shifts." We could keep it only in Schedule section and remove from Requirements list. However the Requirements list includes that as a requirement; but we can keep it there and not duplicate in Schedule? But we need a Schedule section only if posting has real specific content for it. The posting does mention availability to work flexible schedule etc. So we can put that in Schedule section and maybe remove from Requirements list to avoid duplication. However the requirement list may still be considered a requirement; but we can keep it there and not duplicate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. If we keep it in both places, it's duplicated. So we should choose one place. Probably better to keep it under Requirements as it's a requirement, and not create a Schedule section unless we have other schedule details. But we have only that line. If we create Schedule section with just that line, it's duplicated if we also keep it in Requirements. So we could either drop Schedule section
