Oil & Gas Production / Regulatory Reporting Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Production Reporting for operated and non-operated properties.
• Calculate, file, and reconcile Severance Taxes in accordance with state requirements.
• Prepare and submit State and Federal Royalty Reports, including compliance with University Lands, Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR), and other applicable agencies.
• Complete and file State Production Reports accurately and on time.
• Monitor and reconcile Oil and Gas Balancing, including production imbalances and partner allocations.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
• Research and resolve production, revenue, royalty, and reporting discrepancies.
• Cook up and coordinate with land, operations, engineering, marketing, and accounting personnel to ensure accurate reporting.
• Aid in internal and external audits by providing supporting documentation and explanations.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
