What We Are Looking For:

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement substitute guide programs
• Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of service
• Handle inquiries and requests from clients
• Support the training and development of new staff members

What You Need:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in customer service or a related field

Bonus Points:

• Experience with substitute guide programs
• Knowledge of industry best practices
