OFP Lead

About the role

A Warehouse Lead specializing in business-to-business (B2B) orders manages bulk product shipments typically sent on a recurring schedule to other businesses rather than individual customers. This role focuses on coordinating high-volume orders, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring timely, accurate fulfillment. It also ensures outgoing shipments meet company standards for packaging, labeling, and documentation to prevent costly chargebacks, delays, or penalties resulting from non-compliance. You will lead the order fulfillment team by ensuring picking, packing, and outbound auditing are processed within client SLAs. You’ll work with products from clients heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

Success in this role involves engaging interactions with teams, a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to motivate and celebrate wins with your team. You will ensure processes are accurately followed and KPIs are met.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the training and cross-training of team members
• Lead and delegate a variety of order fulfillment tasks while working within SLA
• Collaborate with the Supervisor to plan labor requirements based on forecast and direction from the Client Services team
• Perform picking, packing, scanning, tagging, and other general warehouse duties
• Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Maintain work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times

Requirements

• 2+ years of prior experience in warehousing/light industrial; experience as a Lead is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be in good standing in your current position (e.g., good attendance, performance, no PIPs within the last 3 months)
• Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, working in elevated areas, and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold
• Must make current Supervisor/Manager aware of your interest and have their approval prior to applying

Skills

• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize duties with minimal direction
• Detail-oriented
• Experience leading personnel to ensure assigned activities are performed effectively and efficiently
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred but not required

Pay

Starting pay: $22.50/hr (includes $1/hr shift differential).

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM.
