Offsite Biometrics (Fingerprint) Technician - Full Time

Responsibilities

• Process applicants for biometrics capture
• Aid applicants with ASC processing forms
• Review immigration and biometrics documentation
• Perform biometrics processing, including capturing electronic fingerprints, photographs, and signatures
• Proof and check work for accuracy and completeness, maintaining a 98% efficiency rating for all processed forms
• Provide the highest level of customer service to all applicants
• Track processing time for each applicant
• Safeguard all documents
• Perform additional administrative duties as needed
• Perform backup responsibilities of: Receptionist, Biometric Technician, and Site Supervisor

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government issued suitability clearance
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have Local travel 50%-100% of the time to fulfill contract requirements
• Must have Regular travel to multiple locations within assigned routes, including nursing homes, residential homes, hospitals or other locations as determined by USCIS
• Must have Ability to work in varied environments, which may include urban, suburban, and rural settings, as well as facilities with differing levels of accessibility
• Must have Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules, travel routes, and customer needs, sometimes with short notice
• Must have Ability to work in diverse weather conditions and environments that may present physical, emotional, or situational challenges
• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have Ability to stand and walk for up to 75% of assigned work hours
• Must have Ability to work in a high paced environment with the public
• Must have Demonstrated customer service skills
• Must have Ability to type and use basic computer skills
• Must have Ability to act as the primary independent point of contact with the customer
• Must have Maintain professional conduct and confidentiality while representing the organization in the community
• Must have Ability to carry/transport 30 lbs.
