Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site)

About the role

We are seeking a detail-driven planner to help shape the execution of a major offshore project by building, maintaining, and continuously improving complex schedules that support field progress and timely delivery. Our team is looking for someone who can translate live offshore conditions into clear, actionable plans, anticipate risks before they affect the work, and keep stakeholders aligned with accurate reporting and strong communication.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage step-by-step master schedules for offshore work fronts, including activity relationships, constraints, timelines, and resource allocations.
  • Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to keep schedules aligned with actual field conditions and execution plans.
  • Track daily and weekly site progress, report updates to the project team and stakeholders, and identify potential bottlenecks, delays, vessel standby, and recovery actions early.
  • Create alternate schedules and backup plans to evaluate execution scenarios, project risk, cost impact, and schedule alternatives.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in an offshore planning role supporting projects with pipelay, infield developments, diving, dredging, trenching, or similar components.
  • Experience working on in-flight projects where live feedback and corrective measures are critical to project success.
  • Technical literacy with scheduling tools and software, specifically Primavera P6, with MS Project acceptable if needed.
  • Working knowledge of resource-loaded schedules, project drawings, project software, Primavera P6 reporting, Power BI, and Excel.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines, delivery dates, and shifting priorities.
  • Ability to be based in Houston, Texas and work on-site.
