About the role
2nd Shift Press Operator supporting high-quality print production to advance relief, development, and peacebuilding efforts.
Responsibilities
- Setting up, running, and monitoring printing presses to produce materials for programs and communications.
- Interpreting work orders and performing makeready processes.
- Monitoring print quality and conducting basic troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Ensuring safety standards are followed and maintaining accurate records.
- Collaborating within a cross-cultural, service-oriented environment aligned with Christian Anabaptist values.
Qualifications and Skills
- Ability to read work orders and perform press setup and operation.
- Attention to detail in quality control and recordkeeping.
- Basic troubleshooting and maintenance skills for printing equipment.
- Commitment to safety protocols and teamwork in a diverse environment.
