Offline - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)
About the role
As a part-time Stock Brand Ambassador, you're responsible for keeping product moving from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You uphold AEO Brand Standards with a keen attention to detail and support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your authentic self to work every day.
Responsibilities
- Process shipments, replenish stock, execute markdowns, and maintain merchandising standards to keep product moving efficiently.
- Manage the Stockroom by organizing merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures to ensure productivity.
- Identify merchandising opportunities, collaborate with store leadership to create action plans, and implement improvements.
- Support team members with non-stock tasks and assist guests on the Salesfloor when needed.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to Asset Protection standards and following AEO’s policies and procedures in both the Stockroom and Salesfloor.
Requirements
- Passion for AE and Aerie products.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage priorities and time effectively.
- Flexible availability, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience in a stock-related role.
