Offline - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

About the role

You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part‑time Stock Brand Ambassador you are an expert at keeping product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. While the stockroom is your primary base, you flex your skills to support the team and guests on the sales floor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your real self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Drive product movement by processing shipments, replenishing stock, applying markdowns, and merchandising with a strong focus on brand standards.
• Own the stockroom: keep merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures organized and running efficiently.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, communicate them to store leadership, develop a game plan, and take action to improve presentation.
• Support teammates by stepping in on non‑stock tasks and assisting guests whenever needed.
• Prioritize safety and integrity by following Asset Protection standards and adhering to all AEO policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective priority‑setting and time‑management abilities.
• Flexible availability—including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends—to keep product moving.
• Previous experience in a stock‑related role.
