Offline - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours)

About the role

As a part‑time stock brand ambassador, you keep product moving from the stockroom to the sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO brand standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. While the stockroom is your home base, you flex your skills to support teammates and guests on the sales floor as needed, representing AEO values and bringing your real self to work each day.

Responsibilities

• Keep product moving through effective and timely shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns, and merchandising.
• Maintain an organized, efficient stockroom by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing materials, and fixtures stay tidy.
• Identify merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan, and take action to correct them.
• Assist teammates with non‑stock‑related tasks and help guests on the sales floor when needed.
• Prioritize safety standards in both the stockroom and sales floor, follow Asset Protection policies, and adhere to AEO’s procedures.

Requirements

• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail; priority‑setting and time management are strengths.
• Flexible availability – able to work early mornings, late evenings, and weekends.
• Previous experience in a stock‑related role.
