Offline - Selling Team Leader (Assistant Manager)

About the role

The full-time Selling Team Leader is responsible for developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. The role involves training and coaching the team to achieve sales goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
• Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions.
• Develop short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AEO's core values.
• Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs.
• Train and develop the team to ensure they provide outstanding service.
• Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards, and ensure Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and rock AEO Brand Standards.
• Ensure store safety standards are maintained and adhere to AEO's policies and procedures.

• Led teams in a retail management role previously.

• Understands how to lead and develop teams and has a general understanding of employment law.
