About the role
The full-time Associate Selling Team Leader is the Store Team Leader's "go-to" in developing and implementing the business strategy and leading the daily operations of the store. Your passion lies in training and coaching your team into high-performing sellers who consistently provide an unforgettable guest experience.
Responsibilities
Drive sales by maximizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty through a best-in-class guest experience.
Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions contributing to the overall financial success of the store.
Develop and implement short and long-term business plans to drive key KPIs.
Motivate and inspire your team through AEO's core values, holding them accountable to rock AEO's customer service standards.
Recruit and hire strong talent to ensure the store is always staffed to meet business needs, and train and develop your team to ensure they provide outstanding service.
Execute and innovate daily operational procedures, maintain visual standards throughout every zone in the store, and ensure the Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and rocking AEO Brand Standards.
Ensure store safety standards are maintained, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and do the right thing - always.
Requirements
You love AE and Aerie products, have led teams in a retail management role previously, can multi-task and have attention to detail, know how to lead and develop teams, and have a general understanding of employment law. Business acumen is a must-have, along with flexible availability.
Qualifications
You have a passion for driving sales, are a people leader, have an eye for talent and a love of training, know that teamwork makes the dream work, are an operational innovator, and have integrity as your middle name.
Skills
Strong leadership, motivational skills, training abilities, team management, operational innovation, and adherence to ethical standards are essential.
