Offline - Sales Leader (Full-Time)

About the role

As the full-time Sales Leader, you support the Store Leadership Team by leading strong Leader on Duty (LOD) shifts and ensuring a stellar guest experience. You oversee daily store operations as needed, train and motivate associates, and drive sales results while representing company values and bringing your authentic self to work every day.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales: Maximize Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity, build guest loyalty through a best-in-class in-store experience, and support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to meet KPI results.
• Lead and motivate teams: Inspire associates through AEO’s core values, hold them accountable to service standards, and serve as a role model on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room.
• Recruit and develop talent: Prioritize hiring strong talent to ensure the store is staffed to meet business needs, and train associates to uphold a Guest First culture.
• Set goals and provide feedback: Challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, attainable goals and deliver real-time coaching and performance feedback to drive engagement.
• Celebrate success: Motivate associates by recognizing and celebrating outstanding performance.
• Maintain visual and operational standards: Execute and innovate daily procedures for shipment processing, merchandising, and visual standards, ensuring Fitting Rooms are guest-ready and aligned with AEO Brand Standards.
• Uphold integrity: Maintain store safety and Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO policies and procedures, and consistently do the right thing.

Requirements

• Passion for AE and Aerie products.
• Previous experience leading teams in a retail management role.
• Strong multi-tasking, attention to detail, priority-setting, and time management skills.
• Business acumen and flexible availability to work during peak guest shopping times.
