About the Role

Join as a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage with guests using the AEO Selling Model with a "friends first" approach.
• Educate customers on AE & Aerie products and recommend suitable items.
• Promote the brand loyalty program and other channels.
• Flex across salesfloor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom zones.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policies.
• Support team efforts and maintain integrity by following policies.

Requirements

• Enjoy interacting with people and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Energetic, adaptable, and love AE and Aerie products.
• Have retail experience and are at least 16 years old.
• Available during shopping hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
