Officer, Security

Responsibilities

• Under direction from the Security Shift Supervisor and Shift Manager, perform duties including assisting law enforcement, providing security, transacting monetary exchanges, maintaining surveillance, replacing pit boxes, ensuring compliance with policies, administering first aid, reporting unsafe conditions, reacting to disturbances, observing illegal activity, performing as dispatch officer, responding to alarms, authoring incident reports, and providing escort services.
• May perform additional duties such as Shuttle Bus Driver, Valet Attendant, and Traffic Control Specialist as needed.

Requirements

• Prefer security experience or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Required to perform this job: Ca. Class C Drivers license required - Must be vehicle insurable through JRCR’s Agent.

Qualifications

Pay range: $19.00 - $24.70 per hour
Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for hours worked between 1000pm and 600am.
