Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive core-level audits by evaluating financial, sales market (Dealer wise), operational, compliance and inventory controls.
- Verify the accuracy of transaction and ERP data, identifying risks, irregularities and control gaps.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements through detailed audit reporting, data analysis and effective follow-up on corrective actions.
- Plan, conduct and report on core level audits to assess market (dealer wise) financial data, operational and compliance controls and procedures.
- Conduct operational, financial, inventory, compliance and process audits as per approved audit plans and management requirements.
- Verify the accuracy of transactions, documents, records, reports and ERP-generated data while identifying irregularities, control gaps, fraud risks and non-compliance issues.
- Prepare audit observations, working papers, analytical reports and practical recommendations; follow up corrective actions and implementation status.
- Perform surprise audits, physical verification of inventory/assets, investigation assignments and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Use data analysis (Market-dealer wise plus business card) tool to examine financial data, transaction records and other relevant information for anomalies and areas of concern.
- Maintain comprehensive and well-organized audit documentation for review and reference.
