About the role

The Officer position at Seneca Resorts & Casinos involves executing security duties, ensuring guest and team member safety, and maintaining a positive guest service environment. This role requires adherence to Seneca Gaming Corporation's policies and procedures, as well as compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of guests and team members
• Avoid and resolve guest disputes and conflicts
• Patrol and monitor all areas of Seneca Gaming Corporation properties
• Assist with slot, sportsbook, and table game integrity
• Perform Class III related duties as assigned
• Participate in internal and external investigations
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to information security policies
• Provide exceptional guest service and communicate professionally
• Meet attendance and regulatory guidelines

Requirements

• Must be 18 years old or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in security, law enforcement, military, or hospitality preferred
• Ability to use software for security duties and basic computer skills
• Good observation and communication skills
• Customer service experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Preference given to candidates with relevant experience
• Skills: Good writing and spelling skills, ability to communicate effectively

Benefits
