Office Technician
About the role
The Office Technician (OT) under the direction of the Supervisor I and/or Supervisor II performs a wide variety of complex clerical duties, including typing correspondence, inputting data, tracking documents, creating spreadsheets, conducting monthly audits of Accounting reports, surveying out equipment, shipping equipment, and tracking supplies/equipment. They also monitor and review Civil Division invoices, ensuring accuracy, verifying appropriate approvals, and uploading invoices into SharePoint. Additionally, they provide assistance to Civil Division Executive staff as needed.
Responsibilities
- Typing correspondence and inputting data
- Tracking documents and creating spreadsheets
- Conducting monthly audits of Accounting reports
- Surveying out and shipping equipment
- Tracking supplies/equipment
- Maintaining accuracy and verifying approvals for Civil Division invoices
- Uploading invoices into SharePoint
- Providing assistance to Civil Division Executive staff as needed
Requirements
A high degree of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are required. This is a fast-paced working environment often with short deadlines, requiring a high degree of initiative and professionalism.

$3,829.00 - $4,936.00
