Office Staff Coordinator/Scheduler - Emergency Department

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of duties within and in support of the Emergency Services Department, including payroll and scheduling functions.
  • Audit, maintain, and update information in ANSOS including employee licensure and certification as well as scheduling information.
  • Analyze scheduling data, identify problems, and recommend and implement solutions with leadership approval.
  • Provide various reports to department leadership as needed.
  • Floating to other hospital sites as required.

Requirements

  • An Associates Degree in an appropriate field (e.g. Liberal Arts or Secretarial/Medical Secretarial) or the equivalent knowledge and experience is required.
  • Very good interpersonal, organizational, and computer/data management skills are required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and ability to use ANSOS system is preferred.
  • Over 3 years of related administrative, secretarial or scheduling experience is required.
  • Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired.

Pay

Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience. Pay Range USD $17.22 - USD $28.56 /Hr.
