Responsibilities

  • Aid sales staff with paperwork for deal documents, titling, and licensing.
  • Process all car sales-related documents, including licensing and titling of new and used cars, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and Servco policies.
  • Collect and process customer payment transactions for the parts and service departments.
  • Cashiering and cash balancing.
  • Expedite contracts for payment and ensure timely and accurate posting of all payment transactions.
  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and direct calls to appropriate departments.
  • Assist the Office Manager with various clerical duties.

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • At least one year of cashiering experience.
  • Preferred auto dealership titling and registration experience.
  • Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm and ability to operate ten-key by touch.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Some accounting knowledge preferred.
  • Must be a team player and flexible.
