Responsibilities
- Aid sales staff with paperwork for deal documents, titling, and licensing.
- Process all car sales-related documents, including licensing and titling of new and used cars, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and Servco policies.
- Collect and process customer payment transactions for the parts and service departments.
- Cashiering and cash balancing.
- Expedite contracts for payment and ensure timely and accurate posting of all payment transactions.
- Answer customer inquiries via phone and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Assist the Office Manager with various clerical duties.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least one year of cashiering experience.
- Preferred auto dealership titling and registration experience.
- Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm and ability to operate ten-key by touch.
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
- Some accounting knowledge preferred.
- Must be a team player and flexible.
