About the role
Supports the administrative needs of the office including mail processing, document management, and other support tasks.
Responsibilities
- Processes incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, labeling, and distributing accordingly.
- Handles document management tasks such as filing, scanning, and retrieving documents as needed.
- Assists with maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of relevant experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
