About the role

Supports the administrative needs of the office including mail processing, document management, and other support tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Processes incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, labeling, and distributing accordingly.
  • Handles document management tasks such as filing, scanning, and retrieving documents as needed.
  • Assists with maintaining office supplies and equipment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • One year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.

  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic PC skills
