About the role
The Office Services Coordinator supports the coordination of daily office services operations, serving as a primary point of contact for office-related requests and logistical needs. This role helps ensure consistent service delivery across mailroom operations, office supplies, shared spaces, and employee move coordination.
Responsibilities
- Coordinates daily office services activities, including mailroom operations, supply management, and shared workspace readiness
- Serves as a primary point of contact for office-related requests, ensuring timely resolution or escalation as appropriate
- Supports office moves, workstation setups, and space coordination for employees and teams
- Maintains accurate records related to deliveries, office services requests, and space utilization
- Aids in vendor coordination for office services (e.g., courier services, cleaning, office supplies)
- Assists with onboarding and offboarding logistics related to badges, keys, and workspace access
- Mentors Office Services Assistant on daily procedures and service standards
- Identifies opportunities to improve office services workflows and employee experience
- Sets up and breaks down meeting spaces for meetings and events
Requirements
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience providing administrative support
- Proficiency with office and computer applications
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Customer Service skills
- Technical Job Knowledge

Pay
The base salary (or hourly) range for this position is $26.44 - $36.06.
