About the role
Responsible for managing office operations, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance.
- Coordinate with external vendors and manage contracts for supplies and services.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, manage mail, and schedule meetings.
- Support team members with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in organizing events and meetings, and maintain records of meeting minutes.
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are replenished as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Experience with project management tools and software.

Schedule
