Office Service Coordinator

About the Role
This role is responsible for performing various administrative tasks and services within an office setting. This may include stewardship of office environments, answering the phone, greeting clients, mail and package handling, coordinating office supplies and equipment, maintaining professional environment of facilities, office maintenance and repairs, and providing general administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and managing calendars.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing workstations and conducting office tours.
- Manage office equipment and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Uphold CLA's expectations for office presentation and functionality to maintain a clean and organized office environment, including appropriate desk setup for new employees and visitors.
- Maintain a welcoming, organized, and professional environment for clients and employees through hands-on support and attention to detail.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of office supplies and services.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
- Provide direct client support as needed at the local office.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Relevant experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc).
Pay
The compensation range for this position in New Jersey is $26.40 - 37.10 per hour. Factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and knowledge may impact position of pay within the range.
