About the role

Serve as the first point of contact for the office—manage phones, greet guests, and support meetings
Manage and organize client product samples to support the sales team
Maintain office organization, including supplies, common areas, and meeting setups
Assist with sales and project-related tasks such as bid documents, expense reports, and coordination items
Coordinate company travel and scheduling logistics
Provide day-to-day support to team members, including light technology troubleshooting
Support fleet, asset, and equipment tracking and organization
Provide administrative support to senior leadership and assist with special projects as needed

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office—manage phones, greet guests, and support meetings
  • Manage and organize client product samples to support the sales team
  • Maintain office organization, including supplies, common areas, and meeting setups
  • Aid with sales and project-related tasks such as bid documents, expense reports, and coordination items
  • Cook up company travel and scheduling logistics
  • Provide day-to-day support to team members, including light technology troubleshooting
  • Support fleet, asset, and equipment tracking and organization
  • Provide administrative support to senior leadership and assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

  • Reliable transportation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and MVR

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in an office, administrative, or coordination role
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to take initiative and step in where needed
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Nice to have: Experience in construction or a related industry, Bilingual Spanish speaking

Pay

$19–22/hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Full-time, onsite (Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
