What You'll Do
- Cook up roofing crews, material deliveries, and customer appointments
- Keep schedules updated and nip timeline snags in the bud
- Act as the go-to guy for homeowners, suppliers, and installers
- Check contracts for accuracy and compliance
- Make sure deposits, financing, pricing, and docs are in order
- Place labor POs and keep tabs on budgets, change orders, and AR
- Order materials and check with distributors for availability
- Handle permits, inspections, and comply with local codes
- Schedule dumpsters and oversee their disposal
- Keep organized digital job files in AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, or similar CRMs
- Support walkthroughs and guarantee a stellar customer experience
What You Bring
- Experience in roofing, construction, scheduling, or project coordination (preferred but not required)
- Super strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and can juggle many balls
- Proficient with construction or project management software (AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Salesforce, etc.)
- Can read and understand basic construction contracts
- Able to handle a busy, high-volume environment
- Valid driver's license for occasional travel to jobsites
