What You'll Do

  • Cook up the engines of every successful roofing project
  • Work closely with Sales, Production, suppliers, and installation teams
  • Be the main point of contact for homeowners, suppliers, and installation teams
  • Keep schedules updated and resolve timeline conflicts proactively
  • Check contracts for accuracy and compliance
  • Confirm deposits, financing, pricing, and documentation
  • Place labor purchase orders and track budgets, change orders, and accounts receivable
  • Order materials and communicate with distributors to confirm availability
  • Handle permitting, inspections, and compliance with local building codes
  • Schedule dumpsters and oversee disposal logistics
  • Maintain organized digital job files in AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, or similar CRMs
  • Support final walkthroughs and ensure a five-star customer experience

What You Bring

  • Experience in roofing, construction, scheduling, or project coordination (preferred but not required)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many moving parts
  • Proficiency with construction or project management software (AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Ability to read and understand basic construction contracts
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Valid driver’s license for occasional travel to jobsites

About the Role

Allstar Services is launching and scaling new residential roofing operations across the Northeast and is hiring a Roofing Project Coordinator to help continue making this market a success. This role isn't just a desk job; you're the engine behind every successful roofing project. You'll work closely with Sales, Production, suppliers, and customers daily.

Qualifications

Experience in roofing, construction, scheduling, or project coordination (preferred but not required)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage many moving parts

Proficiency with construction or project management software (AccuLynx, ServiceTitan, JobNimbus, Salesforce, etc.)

Ability to read and understand basic construction contracts

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
