About the role
Lee Health is seeking an Endocrinologist to join their busy and growing practice. The position is full-time and based at the Fort Myers location. It is an outpatient position with light office-based call and no hospital responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Treating diabetes
- Treating thyroid conditions including cancer
- Treating pituitary disorders
- Treating transgender cases
- Treating other hormone abnormalities
Requirements
- Fellowship trained in Endocrinology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine and Endocrinology
Qualifications
- Must be licensed to practice medicine in the state of Florida
- Must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Florida
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong clinical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
