About the role

The Restaurant Support Center Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of the Restaurant Support Center (RSC) and the Executive Team. This role involves providing general support, maintaining a safe and secure environment, and ensuring efficient office operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and secure working environment
• Provide general support and hospitality to all visitors
• Answer the RSC phone and respond accordingly
• Develop and implement office policies
• Manage maintenance, mailing, shipping, notary, copying, filing, supplies, equipment, and errands
• Organize calendars and schedule meetings and appointments for Executive Leadership Team and Operations meetings
• Coordinate with IT department on all IT equipment needs
• Maintain all food and beverage offerings in the RSC
