- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the home-buying process
- Communicate with customers, lenders, contractors, and service providers
- Process finance and loan-related documentation
- Manage billing, invoicing, and office administration
- Schedule contractors and coordinate project timelines
- Maintain accurate customer files and records
- Support daily sales center operations
Qualifications
- Office Management experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction, homebuilding, manufactured housing, or a related industry is a plus
- Loan processing, bookkeeping, or invoicing experience preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and business software
- Spanish bilingual is a plus
