Office of the President_ FWS Student Assistant
This position is located in the Kiran C. Patel Center on the Tampa campus and reports to the Office of the President.
About the role
The student will welcome visitors, provide general office support, assist staff with various projects, organize and set up special events (including moving tables), and perform other administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors
- Provide general office support
- Assist staff with various projects
- Organize and set up special events, including moving tables
- Data entry and filing
- Complete Microsoft Word projects
- Maintain copier paper supply
- Deliver mail
- Run on-campus errands
Requirements
- Must be a current/enrolled student at USF
- Must have a current Federal Work-Study (FWS) Award for the 2026 Fall Semester
- Must upload proof of FWS award (OASIS “Award Overview” screen), class schedule, cover letter, and resume as a single PDF document
This position may be subject to a Level 1 or Level 2 criminal background check.
