Office Medical Assistant
About the role
This position involves managing the day-to-day operations of the medical office, including scheduling patients, setting up patient accounts, answering phones, insurance verification, data entry, and ordering office and medical supplies. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with patient care activities such as preparing patients for examination, obtaining and recording patient vital signs, and phlebotomy.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Graduated from an accredited Medical Assistant program
- Maintain current certification or registration from an accredited institution (e.g., AAMA, NHA, AMT)
- Bilingual skills preferred

Pay
The salary range for this position is provided to comply with New Jersey Law. The actual rate of pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, qualifications, skills, etc.
Schedule
Full-time and Part-time Employees-over 20 hours a week are eligible for benefits. Per Diem and Part-time employees working under 20 hours per week are not eligible for the 403b Company Match.
