Responsibilities: HR: Manage holiday requests and attendance monitoring for staff.Conduct performance reviews and staff check-ins.Handle disciplinary procedures when necessary, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.Promote the wellbeing of staff through various initiatives.Coordinate quarterly staff events to foster team spirit.Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.Ensure HR compliance with relevant regulations and laws. Office Management: Maintain office processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Monitor and manage deadlines and workloads within the office.Track and manage charge-out rates for client work.Facilitate new client sign-ups, ensuring legal compliance.Implement credit control measures to manage outstanding payments.Procure and manage office supplies.Organize client gifts to maintain strong relationships.Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed.Maintain client relations and ensure compliance across the business. Social Media: Engage with audiences across social platforms to enhance brand presence.Keep the website updated and relevant with timely content.Liaise with marketing for relevant newsletter content.Identify opportunities to grow the company brand through strategic social media initiatives. Director PA: Assist the director with ad hoc tasks as required.Manage the director’s workload calendar and duties.Work closely with the director on the overall running and management of the business. Qualifications: Proven experience in HR and business management roles.Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Ability to use initiative and seek improvements in current practices.Demonstrated ability to maintain consistency and high standards within working practices.Experience in running a business independently or in a leadership role is advantageous.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
