Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist students, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage general inquiries
- Cookordinate communication between administration, faculty, and families
Administrative Support
- Provide direct support to the principal and leadership team
- Maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate events
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and school communications
Student & Family Services
- Maintain student records and ensure confidentiality
- Aid with attendance tracking and reporting
- Support enrollment, registration, and onboarding processes
Office Management
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure organization of systems
- Coordinate mailings, newsletters, and school-wide communications
Financial & Data Tasks
- Assist with tuition processing, invoicing, or basic bookkeeping
- Maintain databases and student information systems
- Support budget tracking or purchasing processes
Qualifications
- A high school diploma is required; an associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Previous administrative or school office experience is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills are required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office is required
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism is necessary
