Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager (Operations) to oversee daily business and administrative operations. This role is crucial for ensuring the office runs smoothly, supporting the team, and maintaining efficient and compliant processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organization
- Lead and support administrative and nonclinical staff
- Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and shipping medical supplies and equipment
- Cookordination with vendors and service providers for office operations and facility maintenance
- Track office expenses and ensure budget compliance
- Process and manage vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related issues and problem resolution
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows and operational systems
- Report directly to the President/CEO
- Aid in training and onboarding of staff
- Supervise nonclinical team members
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (required)
- Previous experience in office management, operations, or logistics (healthcare strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Prior proven leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities
- Experience with inventory management and shipping preferred
Compensation
$45,000 – $48,000 annually (based on experience)
