We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. We must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We need to parse the job description.

We need to extract sections:
- About the role: maybe a brief description? The job description starts with "Perform secretarial functions for the Principal..." Could be considered responsibilities. The "About the role" could be a summary paragraph. We have no explicit "About the role" but we could create one from the first sentence? However instruction: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. We can create About the role if we have a paragraph describing the role. The first line "Perform secretarial functions for the Principal including generation of communications for Principal’s approval and signature." is a duty, not about role. But we could combine a few sentences to describe role: maybe "Perform secretarial functions for the Principal..." is a duty. There's no explicit "About the role" paragraph. However we could treat the first sentence as part of responsibilities. Usually "About the role" is a brief overview. Since we don't have a distinct section, we might omit About the role.
- Responsibilities: we have many bullet points (list). We'll put those in
- .
- Requirements: maybe education and experience: "High School Diploma and three years of related clerical and/or secretarial experience or Associate’s Degree in business related area." Also "Demonstrated knowledge of district organization, operations, and administrative policies." etc. Those are qualifications/skills. We need to separate Requirements vs Qualifications vs Skills. The instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We need to decide what goes where.
Typically:
- Requirements: minimum education/experience.
- Qualifications: maybe demonstrated knowledge, computer skills, flexibility, willingness.
- Skills: maybe specific skills like attendance reporting, budget management, supplemental pay, requisitions, etc. But those are duties.
We need to preserve all substantive info. We can categorize as:
Responsibilities: list of duties (the long list).
Requirements: education/experience: "High School Diploma and three years of related clerical and/or secretarial experience or Associate’s Degree in business related area."
Qualifications: "Demonstrated knowledge of district organization, operations, and administrative policies. Demonstrated computer skills with Windows and Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated flexibility to cope with the challenges of a rapidly changing world. Demonstrated willingness to remain current with the latest developments in the profession."
Skills: maybe not needed separately; but we could include "Effectively utilize attendance reports...", "Manage supplemental pay activity requests...", "Effectively use Budget Manager Reports...", "Manage requisitions and reconciliation process...", "Maintain all documents related to expenditures of grants...". Those are specific skills/duties. Could be placed under Responsibilities as well. Since we already have responsibilities list covering all duties, we might not need separate Skills section. But we need to decide if we want to split.
The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we should combine similar content. Likely we will have sections: Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications. Possibly Pay and Schedule if present. We have Pay: Minimum Salary 40,572.00, Median Salary 52020.00. Schedule: Full-time. Also Work Locations: Solar Prep For Boys At John F Kennedy. That's location info; maybe we could put under About the role? But we have no About the role. Could we create a section "Work Location"? Not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we must fit location into one of those. Perhaps we can put location under About the role as a brief description: "Work Locations: Solar Prep For Boys At John F Kennedy". That's specific content. So we can create About the role section containing that location and maybe a brief overview of the role (the first sentence). But we need to avoid filler. We have location and maybe a brief summary: "Perform secretarial functions for the Principal including generation of communications for Principal’s approval and signature." That's a duty but could be part of About the role. However we already have Responsibilities list; we could keep About the role short: location and maybe a summary sentence. That's substantive.
Thus:
About the role:
Work Locations: Solar Prep For Boys At John F Kennedy. Perform secretarial functions for the Principal including generation of communications for Principal’s approval and signature.
But the first sentence is also a duty; but we can include it as part of About the role. It's not duplicate because we will also list it in Responsibilities? That would duplicate content. We should avoid duplication. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." Duplication is not prohibited but maybe we should avoid repeating same sentence. Better to not duplicate. So we could put location only in About the role, and keep the duty in Responsibilities. But About the role would then be just location, which is substantive enough? It's a specific piece of info. That's okay. Thus About the role:Work Locations: Solar Prep For Boys At John F Kennedy.
Now Responsibilities: list all duties except the first sentence we used for About? Actually we didn't use any duty for About. So we keep all duties as originally listed. But we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate lines like "The above statements are intended to describe the general nature..." etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "Additionally, the minimum level of education notated as a requirement could be supplemented by commensurate experience and/or certification(s) or license(s) as determined by the hiring manager." That's boilerplate about education; but we have education requirement separate. However that sentence is generic; we should remove it. Also remove "WORK ENVIRONMENT: ..." that's not in allowed headings; but we could incorporate some info into Responsibilities? It's about work environment, not a duty. Could we put under About the role? Not appropriate. Since we don't have a heading for work environment, we should remove it as boilerplate? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Work environment is not explicitly listed but could be considered boilerplate? It's not legal/EEO. Might be considered relevant info but not in allowed headings. Since we cannot create a heading for it, we should either drop it or incorporate into another section if relevant. The work environment includes noise level moderate, travel integral, remote not allowed. That's somewhat relevant to job but not a duty/responsibility/requirement/qualification/skill/pay/schedule. Could be considered part of "About the role"? Possibly we could add a sentence about work environment under About the role. But we must not invent headings. We could add to About the role: "Work Locations: Solar Prep For Boys At John F Kennedy. Work environment: moderate noise level; travel throughout district required; remote work not permitted." That's substantive and not boilerplate? It's from the posting. It's not legal boilerplate. So we can include. Similarly PHYSICAL DEMANDS: we could incorporate into About the role or maybe Responsibilities? It's about physical demands, not a duty. Could be part of About the role as well. But we need to avoid making About the role too long but it's okay. We must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include physical demands info somewhere. Since we don't have a specific heading, we can put it under About the role as a brief description. Or we could create a "Skills" section? No. Better to put under About the role. Thus About the role will contain: Work Locations, Work Environment, Physical Demands. That's a lot but still substantive. Now Responsibilities: list all duty sentences (excluding the ones we used for About). Let's extract duties from the text: - Perform secretarial functions for the Principal including generation of communications for Principal’s approval and signature. - Coordinate and maintain Principal and school-wide calendars
