We need to output only HTML fragment, using

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include sections only when posting has real specific content. No Pay or Schedule if not present. No filler. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the job posting. Job Overview: Worksite Location: Houston, Texas (On-Site) | Travel: 0-5% Local/Domestic Summary: The Office & Administrative Manager owns the day-to-day operations of the Houston office, ensuring a safe, organized, welcoming, and well-supported workplace for HighRadians. This role manages workplace services, facilities and vendors, office needs, safety and preparedness activities, and onsite operational initiatives. The role also provides Executive Assistant support to an assigned stakeholder(s) and flexible administrative support across the various areas of responsibility and the broader People & Culture (P&C) team. In addition, this position owns designated workplace and employee events and partners with team members on larger company events and initiatives. Success in this role requires someone who can understand a desired outcome, assess what is needed and the potential impact, develop a practical recommendation, align with stakeholders, and execute through completion. All services should reflect high standards, with a focus on ownership, responsiveness, and making it easy for employees to get the support they need. Then sections: Office & Workplace Operations (list of duties), Events & Engagement (list), Executive & Administrative Support (list). Then Qualifications & Experience (list). Then Physical Requirements (list). Then What We’re Looking For (list of traits). Then Perks & Benefits (list). No explicit Pay or Schedule. We need to map to headings: About the role (maybe summary), Responsibilities (the duties), Requirements (maybe qualifications & experience?), Qualifications (maybe physical requirements?), Skills (maybe what we're looking for?), Benefits (perks & benefits). We need to avoid duplication. We need to decide which sections to include based on content. - About the role: we have a summary paragraph. Use that. - Responsibilities: we have Office & Workplace Operations, Events & Engagement, Executive & Administrative Support. Those are responsibilities. - Requirements: maybe Qualifications & Experience (experience, ability to work onsite, etc.) Could be "Requirements". Also Physical Requirements could be separate but maybe part of Requirements. However we have a heading "Requirements" and "Qualifications". The instruction says use headings for those categories if content exists. We have both Qualifications & Experience and Physical Requirements. Could map Qualifications & Experience to "Qualifications". Physical Requirements could be part of "Requirements" or maybe "Skills"? But we have a separate "Skills" heading; we have "What We’re Looking For" which are traits/skills. So we could map that to Skills. Thus: - About the role: summary paragraph. - Responsibilities: combine the three duty areas into a list (maybe subheadings? But we only allowed

for section headings, not subheadings. Could we embed subheadings as ? Not prohibited but better to keep simple: we can have a
with items that include the duty descriptions. Could also separate with

but not allowed. So just a single list. - Requirements: could include Qualifications & Experience (experience, ability to work onsite, proficiency with Google Workspace, etc.) plus Physical Requirements (movement, lift up to 20 lbs). We'll combine. - Qualifications: maybe we don't need separate if we used Requirements. But we have both headings; we need to decide if we have content for Qualifications separate from Requirements. The posting has "Qualifications & Experience" and "Physical Requirements". Could treat "Qualifications & Experience" as Qualifications, and "Physical Requirements" as Requirements. But we also have "What We’re Looking For" as Skills. Let's map: - About the role: summary. - Responsibilities: duties. - Requirements: Physical Requirements (movement, lift). - Qualifications: Qualifications & Experience (experience, ability to work onsite, proficiency, etc.) - Skills: What We’re Looking For (service-minded, thinker and doer, etc.) - Benefits: Perks & Benefits. No Pay or Schedule. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Must keep details. We need to ensure we don't omit any details. Let's extract details. Summary paragraph: "The Office & Administrative Manager owns the day-to-day operations of the Houston office, ensuring a safe, organized, welcoming, and well-supported workplace for HighRadians.
